The vehicle is within walking distance of your chosen location. You'll receive the vehicle details and exact location at least 30 minutes before your selected rental start time via the MILES app. The vehicle will remain reserved for you up to 60 minutes after your indicated rental start time. After that, the reservation will automatically expire, and you won't be charged.

Our standard deductible applies in the event of damage during your rental. Before starting your rental, you can book the "Protection Plus" option to reduce the deductible. Your discounts will be applied when the rental starts in the MILES app. Since discounts won't be visible during the pre-booking process, the regular price is initially displayed. The discount will then be applied at payment.

You can cancel or modify your reservation without any charges up to 24 hours before your rental starts. Additionally, you have the option to upgrade your rate within the same timeframe. To request any changes, simply reply to the confirmation email you received after making your booking. If your plans change during the rental, you can choose to keep the car for a longer period. Your selected rate will automatically be adjusted to the most affordable option available based on the distance driven and the rental duration.
